1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending ECHO Tribute Festival (the “Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) and all venue rules and regulations. These terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees.
2. Ticketing & Entry

All tickets must be purchased through authorised outlets. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be invalid and refused entry.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in accordance with our refund policy or unless resold through an official resale platform.

E-tickets must be presented for scanning on entry. Duplicate tickets will be rejected.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
3. Age Restrictions

Children aged under 5 may attend for free but must still obtain a free child ticket.

All under 18's need to be accompanied by an adult aged over 21, if you look younger than 21 please bring ID.

Proof of age may be required for access to age-restricted areas (e.g., bars). Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-accredited ID card.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on site:

Glass containers of any kind

Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia

Weapons or sharp objects

Fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs

Drones or laser pointers

Professional recording equipment without prior authorisation
Security reserves the right to conduct searches of persons, bags, and belongings upon entry and at any time within the event grounds. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
5. Conduct & Safety

Anti-social, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without refund.

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, stewards, and security personnel.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for health, safety, or security reasons.
6. Accessibility

ECHO Tribute Festival is committed to being accessible to all. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance via our website to arrange appropriate support.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to alter the event programme, performance times, or layout without notice.

In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, refund or ticket transfer policies will be communicated via the official website and ticketing provider.

No liability is accepted for any costs or expenses incurred by ticket holders (e.g., travel or accommodation) in the case of event changes or cancellation.

8. Media & Filming

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

Personal photography and videography are permitted for non-commercial use only. Commercial photography or media coverage must be pre-approved by the organisers.

9. Liability

Entry to the event is at your own risk. The organisers/Waddow Hall accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, unless caused by negligence.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. No liability will be accepted for lost or stolen items.
